Billing questions
Is the trial really free?
Fourteen days with your real history imported and no card taken. If you do nothing at the end of it, the account simply pauses — your data stays available for export.
What happens if I outgrow a plan mid-month?
You are prompted at the point you hit the limit and charged the difference pro rata. Nothing stops working while you decide.
Do you charge per transaction?
No. Transactions are unlimited on every plan — you are paying for connected accounts, seats and filing support.
Does my bookkeeper need their own subscription?
No. A bookkeeper seat is included on Business, and unlimited on Firm. They work in your books under their own login and role.
Can I get an invoice rather than paying by card?
Yearly plans can be paid on invoice. Monthly is card or direct debit only.
What if I file in more than one country?
That needs the Firm plan, which supports multiple jurisdictions. Tell us which ones and we will confirm support before you migrate.
